DEW POINT
Day 5 at Glencoe Mountain Resort. My first opportunity for snowboarding since my holiday to the French Alps.
Top Trumps
Day 4 of my snowboard season at Glencoe. The forecast looked hit or miss with winds expected and heavy rain the week prior. Warm temperatures didn’t bode well either. But, this would be my last weekend before I head off to the Alps on holiday. Needless to sat the Coe did not disappoint.
Uplifting day at Glencoe
Day 3 at Glencoe Mountain Resort, The weather was good with scattered cloud and sunny spells so when I got to the summit, Happy Valley lay before me. Lots of little pockets of wind blown powder to hop between. With my lightest solid board on my feet, I felt like a spring chicken.
Goodbye 2022
Goodbye 2022, Hello Glencoe 2023. Day no. 2 of my snowboard season got off to a much better start. The weather was benign and there were clear spots in the sky. It would be a cold one, but there would be a new uplifting development on the hill.
First day of my season
Day 01. At last, the first day of my season of snowboarding at Glencoe Mountain Resort. The East has been getting the best of the weather so far, and Glencoe seem to be dealt a bad hand when it comes to snowfall. But it’s getting there!
Skinning Up Post Season
29 days this season, although it was foot powered rather than lift served on my last day of the season.
